Welcome to GIBC

Welcome to Gateshead Indoor Bowling Club, established in 1975. Our membership is in excess of 375.
In 2015 the members took on the club by asset transfer from local council and we became a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, run entirely by volunteers.
We welcome all bowlers either experienced or new - with qualified coaches to assist. There is a full programme of leagues - men’s, ladies and mixed. We are continually looking to improve our facilities and have many plans for the future.

Sunday 17th March     - 9am -6 entries left and 10am 1 entry left

We had an excellent turnout for this years Ladies Classic Competition including teams from Selby and The Parks

The winners were a team from our very own Gateshead Ladies:

Margaret Keepin, Sandie Thompson and Yvonne  Mallaburn

Well done ladies!!

Second Place went to a team from The Parks and third place to a team from GIBC
